VISIT TO PARQUE LA LIBERTAD
Taking advantage of the great congress Distrito Creativo organized by Fundación Fil-armonía last June in San Jose Costa Rica, we had the pleasure to visit La Libertad and meet with their partnerships director, Mrs. Laura Pacheco 🚀🇨🇷
The work that parque La Libertad has been developing in Costa Rica since it’s inception more than 15 years ago is quite inspiring and the results are absolutely amazing, from creative industries to high technical education, from social integration to territorial and environmental regeneration. The park covers 32 hectares and serves more than 1.3 million visitors.🙏🙏🌱🌱
During the visit to the park’s facilities, Ken Fallas had the chance to join our fellow presenters from the congress: Mr. Daniel Acosta and Mr. Fabián Andrés Acosta Guevara from Legalnova* , Mr. Erick Chang from Secretaría de Innovación de la Presidencia de El Salvador , Mr. Luc Lapointe from The BC.Lab, Mrs. peggy ricaurte and Mr. Erick Fuentes Merchán from UBE Universidad Bolivariana del Ecuador, Mr. Edgar Leonardo Puentes from Misión de Sabios Colombia and Mrs. Sara M Valencia-Cadavid from University of Antioquia.
We look forward for meaningful collaboration and supporting institutions like La Libertad with such strong vision and commitment with their communities to create value and opportunities for everyone. And of course we hope to be back soon 🤞🏻
